Here are the steps:
(1) Download the sound byte to your computer.
(2) Set the Volume to a comfortable level.
(3) Have the sound file ready to play, and up on your monitor.
(4) Place your telephone answering machine about 6 inches from your computer
speaker. Play the sound byte and record the message onto your telephone answering
machine as you normally would if you were recording it with your own voice.
