About
Jim:
Jim
is an experienced broadcaster who loves to spoof on celebrities and the
humorous side of humanity. His favorite Entertainer as a child was Rich
Little. Rich, the master voice impressionist, left a big impression on
Jim. Early in his youth, Jim began to mimic his favorite comedian and
began to develop his own portfolio of celebrity impressions. His first
impressionist gig was for his school, when ,as a 6th grader, he was
requested to do a mock radio spoof as Howard Cosell for a school pep
rally. After that, he was hooked, and expanded on his character voices
to include, Broadcasters and Actors. Public speaking comes naturally to
him, so he sought a career in broadcasting. He used his celebrity
character voices to produce unique radio commercials. He served as an
on-air personality in Louisiana, Mississippi, and in his home state of
Wisconsin.
Eventually
he moved to sunny Orlando Florida, and began working in SeaWorld's
Education Department as a Narrator. His love of animals and public
speaking were a perfect match. He has been with SeaWorld now for
over 20 years. Jim's style of comedy is clean and family
oriented. His favorite place to perform is at the Boggy Creek Gang
Camp. Owned by Paul Newman, this is a special family retreat for
children with disabilities and their families.
Jim
teamed up with another exprienced speaker, Roy Rosado, a pivate
business owner in Orlando, to bring internet audiences the
"Jim Lueck Celebrity Spotlight Show," the one of a
kind
internet broadcast that will continue to broadcast lots of celebrity
spoofs. So listen and enjoy and visit often!
